  • Compete against your teachers! Can you imagine what it would be like to beat Mrs. Trannon in Harry Potter Trivia, or to beat Mr. Cobo at bags or Mr. Coppersmith at armless donut eating? You can make this a reality at our upcoming All School WJSH Winter Carnival on Thursday, March 2nd from 6-8pm. Don't miss it!
  • What makes WJHS great? YOU! Come to our All School Winter Carnival next week! Thursday March 2nd is the night! Ask Mom or Dad to volunteer so you can win prizes at noodle javelin, armless donut eating or ping-pong! You really don't want to miss this! The more people who attend, the more fun it will be! Bring your entire family and join us for the fun!
  • Last night Washington's 8th Grade Single A team took on the Bulldogs from Still. After consulting with Coach K, Coach Coppersmith understood that his team needed to put the basketball in the hoop. It is a simple concept that can be very challenging. Well, the Wildcats responded with a 34 to 4 win over Still. Hadley P. lead all scoring with 9 points, Regan S. added 8 points, Ellie S. and Nina R. both had 4 points. Carley C., Shunya M., and Kristina P. each had 2 points and Maggie M. returned to the team with 1 point. Meda C. and Megan K. played wonderful team defense to help the Wildcats  be victorious. Great Job! Our next game is tonight against Hill!
  • The 7th grade girls single A basketball team took on the Still Bulldogs and won with the final score of 14 to 22. The Wildcats fought off the loud bark with a strong first quarter. In the first quarter the Still Bulldogs almost tied with the Wildcats but the girls were able to bring themselves back into the lead. People scoring where Abby W. with 10 points, Victoria F. with 4, Elissa E. 4, Grace M. 2 points, and Kate N. with 2 points. Great job girls! Come support the girls today at home against Hill Jr. High School.
  • The Double "A" 8th Grade Girls Basketball team took on the Still Bulldogs last night and came away with another win 28-5. Piper F. with "the" offense scoring 22 of the 28 points, Emily D. added 4 points, and Jenna S. had a basket in the win. The girls travel to "The Attic" tonight to take on the Hill Trailblazers.
  • Last night, the AA Lady Wildcats played the Still Bulldogs in a fierce battle. The strong defense was able to hold the other team to 19 points. Emma M. scored a whopping 16 points, with Madison K. following with two 3-pointers! Kara O. with 4 points. Taylor K., Nora B., and Cammy B. all scored 2 points, to secure the win, Molly B. scored one free throw. Taylor K. earned defensive player of the game honors. Come support the Lady Wildcats basketball team today at home against the Hill Trailblazers!
  • Wednesdays are Topping Bar Days at Lunch! Plus, it's National Walk the Dog Day! To celebrate, the featured combo lunch will be a Hot Dog with toppings and French Fries! Topping choices include Chili, cheese, relish and more! Add a fruit or veggie side and a milk and enjoy your meal!
  • Attention all 8th Grade Students - The deadline to order your 2021 t-shirts is until Friday, March 3rd! Don't miss out on this once in a lifetime t-shirt!
  • Shirts are navy blue with orange Naperville North logos. All student names are listed on the back of the shirt.
  • The cost of the shirt is $8. Order forms are available at the main office. The absolute final day to order is Friday, March 3. Bring your completed order forms and payment to the front office.
